macro is causing phase shifts due to "'s?

The button "Update Stock Codes" is used to run a macro that automatically fully parses product code information from its original form into a usable data set.

I am trying to parse the sheet attached source data sheet "codes update" but have noticed the macro is returning some errors. Specifically where "'s are used within the original data it is causing the information to shift into the wrong cell.

I have highlighted (yellow) some of these errors on the results sheet to give an example.

I'm pretty sure the coding of the macro will need to be altered to prevent these phase shifts form happening?

It appears that this file - codes-update--01_10_14-.txt - has the same double-quote issue found in some of the other import files (PO Status, for one).  However, this issue did not exist in the original stock codes file (see attached), so something must have been done differently in the export.  Additionally, blank rows are not truly blank, as in the previous file (there are several spaces).

There is no change needed to the Excel application; only a clean up to the file, which I've done here and am attaching for your use.  

You'll need to find out why the stock codes export is different.  If there is indeed no way to replicate the original export process, then we can look at modifying the Excel application to accomodate this.

Sorry for the delay.

Seeing as you have resolved my issue I am going to close the question. It is unlikely the export file will be altered for some time.

However I am going to investigate why the export is different as will raise a new question depending on the results.
