Show very different values on the same graph

Hi,

I have attached a wb im working on. You can see in the graph 2 with appendix (EE) that i have some vales of around 1.28% .99% etc and they need to be plotted against their counts which are 27.89%, 31.3% etc

The graph is not very readable, is there a way i can show this that is visually more aesthetic!
