Change default request for elevate credentional at workstation joined to domain

I work with computers joined to the Domain. While I try to perform an action, required administrative privileges on those computers. I prompted, by default, to enter a user name from the domain (member of group local administrators). For me it is not convenient to change the domain name to the name of the computer for several reasons:
Computer names are long enough and I find it difficult to remember them.
I would like to minimize the use of Domain admin accounts on workstation, due comp security aspects, for examples, 0-day key loggers.
So I want , the dialog appears with the comp name and local administrator, by default. Something like:
compname \ administrator.
