This issue has been popping up for years through several revisions of Domino and Notes.
I have an environment presently with Lotus Notes 8.5.2 and 8.5.3. Domino 9.01
We are using the MS Office Library database to record the Meeting Minutes for the company. The secretary copies and pastes the minutes into the library from MS Word(2007 now 2013). Everything works fine and looks great for awhile.
Then all of a sudden, the documents in the MS Office Library start displaying tabs differently. One user has a tabbed item way out in the middle of the page--another opens the same document and it looks fine. Very bizarre. I can't figure out why this is happening. Sometimes uninstalling the client and reinstalling fixes the issue on a per user basis. Sometimes not.
The document will have say an "Attendees" paragraph title.
Then Person1(tabbed over) next line Person2(tabbed over) then next line Person3(again tabbed over to center all in a neat column)
Few months pass and the document is reviewed and the Person1 entry appears four tabs over and no longer in a row.
But not on everyone's Lotus Notes. Is there a setting somewhere that dictates how the MS Office Library handles tabs that can be changed on a per user basis? Are they(the end users) inadvertently changing something?
