When I import data from a tab delimited text file using DBArtistan 9.1.2 into a Sybase table (version 15), I get the message "Eliminate duplicate column mappings to continue"?

I am using Sybase 15 with DBArtisan 9.1.2.
I am trying to use the "Import Data Wizard".
The file I specify is a tab delimited file.
For the Delimeter screen I click on the Radio Button "Tab"
and click on the check box for "First Row Contains Field Names".

On the Column Mapping interface, I get the message: "Eliminate duplicate column mappings in order to continue".

Does anybody have any thoughts on why I get this error message and how to resolve it?

First that is not a Sybase error message but DBArtisan.

Let's eliminate the obvious first: does the first row contain any blanks? Any duplicated names?
