Updating Flash Player with GPO

Have around 40 computers that are locked down and need to update Flash for IE and Firefox.  Have scheduled to Thaw computers (using Deep Freeze) after hours to load Windows updates via WSUS.  So, looking for a mechanism to distribute Flash updates whether it be by a GPO, script or a plugin to WSUS if that exists.

Any help would be appreciated!

Download the msi or exe from here
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Then you can either distribute the msi using a GPO
http://www.advancedinstaller.com/user-guide/tutorial-gpo.html

or you can upload the msi to a network share and set a login or startup script to run
\\network\pathto.msi /qn /i or .exe -install
