I use Outlook for Mac. I found some of legit emails are put in Junk folder so I put their domain in Save Domains tab. But it seems to be not working. Do you run into this same issue? or did I miss anything?

Hi Castlewood,

Are you connected to an exchange server?

If yes, then there can be an issue with the proper working of junk email protection as Outlook does not apply these filters on emails which comes from an exchange server. Exchange allows own set of rules to protect the delegate’s account from spam emails

Thanks

We use Exchange. That is exactly what happened. We will need to whitelist it on the Exchange server instead of Outlook.
