iam alomst done with my project its live chat project  i want to disable a buttons for all connected clients if other client clicked on it

To be more specif i have stream button if a client clicked on this buttons it will become enabled false to other connected clients until he clicks other button ..

i think its somthing i have to do with indy but how to implement this ?

maybe this way... when two clients are connected/busy ... set a flag for those two in server, and other clients can periodically check for all client status (let say each 15 sec.)

Any code example iam so stupid to understand without codes , and I have to be more specific I want to make the stream button disabled if some client is streaming audio idea example ,

If Client clicked to send stream then other clients cant click to send stream the button of stream become disabled  else stream button enabled ... in single client can be done with boolean variable but in multiple clients its hard for me to figure it without codes.
