Rsa securid and active directory

i've a new RSA Authentication Manager, i like that some users from my active directory authenticate from remote desktop with a tokencode, so how i can to do that? All my users should to be authenticate with this methode or i can select someone.

You will need RSA Authentication Manager and the Windows Agents deployed.

any computer with the agent will force the use of the RSA two factor login.  This is normally a company wide implementation.
