User account not authorized for remote login ... SBS 2011

When trying to connect to a PC (LIZ-HP) via Remote Web Access, I receive an error:

"The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login."screen dump 1screen dump 2

The user must be  a member of the remote desktop users group

I added the user to the Remote Desktop Users group and tried again. The same error occurs

Issue resolved. The the DNS on the SBS has Liz-HP as 192.168.0.3   but her PC for 0.16.
