I have 4 exchange 2007 servers, 2 CAS/HT and 2 Mailbox servers.
Users in mailbox 1 can send/receive to each other.
Users in Mailbox 1 can send to users to Mailbox 2
Users in Mailbox 1 cannot receive emails from users in Mailbox 2
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Could you check smtp services and Exchange related services are running on mailbox2?

Since Exchange 2007, you not required any connector between Exchange and sites, simply mail flows without any configuration.

All services are running, forgot to mention that mailbox1 and mailbox 2 are on different sites.

Mailbox 2 is fine, we have other Mailbox 3 and Mailbox 4 that are exchange 2013 and flow between them is fine.

Mailbox 1 can send to all Mailboxes (Exchange 2007 or Exchane 2013) but can receive emails only from Mailbox 1

Could you discard firewall problems between sites? Filtering needed port, per example 587 or 25
