Webpage is not displayed , it throws an error HTTP Error 404.0 - Not found

Hi
When I go to google and type Interscale demo meter and when I click DEMONSTARTION METER INTERSCALE .

I am not able to access the website and I get an error on the webpage  on the snapshot  attached
When the error happens, I can see on the address bar http://www.andersonscientific.co.uk/product.php?heading=Demo%20meter,%20interscale&code=6160-00

But another tab I can see Cheltenham school and don’t know as why it is showing as Cheltenham school.

The home page for the staff is Cheltenham school.

We recently migrated from XP to 7 and it is not only with this website most of the websites it throws this error  and if I keep clicking again and again , the website opens successfully.

Any help to troubleshoot will be much appreciated.

Do you use proxy server for web browsing?

Is there a Firewall configured on the network? Could it be redirecting web traffic?

We do have proxy server and if it is redirecting the web browsing, it will happen always with browsing if i am right. If i keep clicking the link again and again it opens sucessfully.

We do have firewall as well and nothing has been changed.

Monitor proxy logs while you are browsing the site.

Get a PC to bypass the proxy and try browsing web sites.
