SharePoint 2010 User Profile not migrating Changes for AD Groups

User Profile service is not migrating changes for AD Groups and so we need to know how to change email properties for an AD group in SharePoint 2010.
A full sych has already been done and there is no change.

Is email properties mentioned in AD ? If yes and you want to have it SharePoint then crawling is the only way.
Check the account which is used for sync in SharePoint has replicate directory changes permission in AD. Ensure user profile sync service, FIM service and FIM sync service are up in running.
