From a Windows 7 computer.

Is it possible ?
How ?

Telnet, Powershell, Sendmail for Windows, Mailsend ...

And you'll need the information here https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-google-s-smtp-server to set up your SMTP settings.
