Hi,

What is the best way of setting up a redundant exchange email? We want to be able to receive or log onto a web mail to check emails if our primary exchange mail server goes down.

Best solution would be to outsource incoming messages to a third-party such as FuseMail.com or another who not only provides anti-spam, anti-virus, ability for users to release quarantined messages but also logon to a web interface for users to check their incoming emails in an event of Exchange failure.  Costs just a couple of dollars a month but is worth their weight in gold.

thank you for your quick reply. What do you recommend I should use, simple hosted email with pop and imap or go for hosted exchange email?
