Outlook 2013 deleting incoming email
Hi
A client recently noticed that the emails sent to him by his Toshiba e-Studio 3520C scanner weren't being received.
After closer inspection and testing, it appears that the emails do actually reach his IMAP inbox, but they disappear as quickly as they arrived ans there's nothing in the trash.
The user receives emails from other correspondants apparently without any issue.
He closed Outlook and used his Webmail interface instead and was able to receive these scanned files, therefore Outlook seems to be the problem.
There are no rules set in Outllook
We tested this again having disabled the ESET Nod32 antivirus (Outlook module included)
but this made no difference.
I changed the Photocopier's email address and the SMTP server used to send the emails, but again to no avail
Any ideas ?
thanks
yann
