I have created a cube with SQL Analysis Service and I'm sure data has been loaded into it. When I clicked Sept data, it can retrieve properly but it doesn't work on Oct. Any idea what I can check further ?

Did you checked the underlying Cube Fact/Dimension tables? How/When are they populated after the initial population?
Also the cubes must be processed after OLAP fact/dimension tables data is refreshed from the OLTP tables.
