Word Problem with Normal.Dotm

Hello Experts :)
I have a user with windows 8.1 with problem in word 2013
The problem started in Office 2010 with the Normal.Dotm , We upgraded the Office to Office 2013 but same problem.
I tried to remove the Normal.Dotm file from "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates" but no luck.
I tried to add this to registry - [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options\WordMail]
"ATUserAdded"=dword:00000001"

Attached the print screen from the computer with the errors.

Any idea ?

Try and disable your Add-ins as they have the ability to make 'changes' to the Normal.dotm file:
In Word > click on File > Options > click on Add-Ins on the left hand pane > check your COM Add-Ins first > disable one Add-In at a time > close Word

Check to see if you have a Send to Bluetooth add-in there as I've seen this issue before with this particular add-in.

You need to ensure Word isn't open if you are trying to delete the Normal.dotm file. Try restarting the computer then attempt to delete the file. Ensure you do not open anything but Explorer to delete the file - worst case scenario you can try deleting the file in Safe Mode (press F8 when your PC is booting up).

What's the problem with the Normal.dotm file exactly that causes you to delete it? Is it prompting you to save the Normal.dotm file each time you close Word? Please elaborate.
