how to share a calender

How do I share an Outlook calendar, Outlook and exchange 2010, with someone outside my Exchange organisation? How to view all calendars, default and created and shared, in OWA.

Per see the the screen shot below explains how to publish the cal to the internet. You would then send the link to the person you want to share it with. That person, using Outlook 2010 then would go into their account settings on their Outlook client, then click on the "Internet Calendars" tab, click "New" and now paste the link to the calendar that was sent to them

That does solve viewing the calender but this option is read only, from what I can tell. I need my contact outside my Exchange organization to creat, delete and modify appointments.
