Bootstrap Header Not minimizing correctly

Hi, all. On this page: codedivasites.com/bootstrap/

If you make the browser smaller, the header isn't minimizing the way I want it to. I have both the header and the image as class "fluid", but I'm obviously missing something. Pretty new to Bootstrap, just trying to learn.

Thanks for your help.

I want the header to stack up so that the photo is on top of the name, and under that the tagline and address, then under that the navigation. Here's what I see.

style.css line 134

header {
    background-color: #b9dcb0;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd;
   /* height: 190px; */
   /* change the height to auto */
    height: auto;
    padding: 0;
}
