Website Jumbled in Internet Explorer

The website that is jumbled is "www.qpclasers.com". Interestingly, the issue varies between workstations. It varies in that it shows up in Windows 7 and Windows XP workstations, as well as in IE 8 or IE 11.

Invalid doctype
replace with:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
   "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

http://html.validator.pro/#/http://www.qpclasers.com/  shows many validation errors.. time to clean up your code.

Just to clarify, yes my website shows many errors but shouldn't the errors be consistent between workstations using the same IE and OS?
