Which version of Exchange are you running? &nbsp;If you are running 2010 or higher, this is what you need to do:<br />

1. &nbsp;Launch application and import your tracking logs<br />
2. &nbsp;From the library list, select what message tracking stats you want<br />
3. &nbsp;Right click and click on Run Now<br />

Please note that the latest Log Parser Studio does not support Exchange 2007 and for that, you would need the older version.
