Also when connecting to Citrix Web Access via Browser, it does go blank screen.

When you say "blank screen," do you mean a completely black browser window?

If tha'ts the case, I've seen that happen in Internet Explorer 10 or 11.  So, when accessing the Citrix gateway using IE 10 or 11, enable IE's compatibility view settings for that Citrix page and you shouldn't see the black page anymore.

Sorry, didn't see this message until this morning.
Here's how you do that:
1.  In Internet Explorer, enable the Menu bar if it isn't already enabled (right click on the bar along the top, make sure "Menu bar " is checked)
2.  Then, go to the citrix page.
2.  In the Menu bar, click on "Tools"
3.  Click on "Compatibility View settngs"
4. In the "Compatibility View Settings" window, the URL for the page you're on should show up in the "Add this website" box
5. Click the "Add" button on the right to add it.
6. Click "Close" to close the "Compatibility View Settings" window
    Here's what that looks like:
Screenshot of Compatibility View Settings windowNormally, when you add the page you're on, it will refresh & now you should see the log on prompt for your Citrix page

I hope this helps.
