Hi all,

I client of ours is running windows 8.1 6gb RAM. And has recently been having issue with live mail upon opening.
Live mail freezes on the Windows Live Mail Loading profile box, and nothing happens
I fixed this issue before for the client by re-installing live mail.
But this time it seems to be the same issue but intermittent, sometimes it opens fine other times it does not.

Anyone ever ran into something like this with live mail?
