Google Map in a Lightbox

I'm trying to show a Google map in a light box; looked at a number of samples on the web, this one looked the simplest:

I copied the code & created my own. Code attached.

It does nothing. Look at http://fwsprinklercdb.info/map_lb_sample.html

What's wrong?

you've two 404 errors for :
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.lightbox_me.js"></script>
