how to install hyper-v management tools on at Windows 8.1 client PC

I have set up Hyper-V on 2012 server R2. I would like to manage the guest VMs from my 8.1 PC.

How do I install the management tools?

it's in programs and features, turn windows features on and off (pro and enterprise only)
