We need to make a form letter in Outlook 2003 so all we have to do is put the person's name in it and send. Right now we save a &quot;Draft&quot; but every time you send it you have to move it from sent back to drafts. If it weren't for the fave that it leaves the Drafts folder that would work but there has to be a better way.
