Outlook - Remote Exchange - Pops up Credentials all the time

I have a client that uses Outlook 2013 (365). We are connected to a remote server for exchange... the last couple of weeks, she has been experiencing issues with the credentials popping up asking her to put in her password, all the time.
I was there yesterday & I did find in the Credential Manger of windows, she had 2 Outlook credentials.. MS Outlook & Microsoft Outlook - I removed both of them and then re-opened Outlook. At that point, it asked for her password. I put in & then it connected to the server. I had to go back into Credentials Manager & add her username - it did not register that, even though it was in the popup window...
So my question is... she is still experience this pop up issue today. What else can I check? There is NO one else in the office experiencing this. They are all connected to the same server, same internet, same everything. This person also has a fairly NEW computer (maybe 6 months old) Everything has been fine since I installed back then, but now all of a sudden, she is getting this pop up... It is very annoying for her...
One more note: she also has a laptop.. it pops up on that one too. I spoke with the parent company and they say nothing has changed on their end.
