I have a card with a Microsoft Office Professional 2010 serial number on it. I want to use it but when I download Office 2010 professional. Its a professional plus install and my key says "this key is not associated with Microsoft Office 2010". So how can I use my key?

Go here:

http://products.office.com/en-us/download-back-up-restore-microsoft-office-products

A little ways down you will see a section:

Download or get a backup for Office 2010
You can also download and order backup copies of Office 2010 products from this site, provided you have a valid Office 2010 Product Key.

This will have a Download button that will take you here (assuming are in the US, if not use the button from the URL above:

https://www2.downloadoffice2010.microsoft.com/usa/registerkey.aspx?culture=EN-US&ref=backup&country_id=US

This should get you the software you need.  You cannot use the key you have with the Pro Plus as the Pro Plus is a Volume License only offering and requires a different key.  You either have a Retail or OEM provided Keycard or Disk.
