Hi All.  I have setup an Office365 A2 (Education) trial and have a domain registered with 1&1.  I set the MX record to the ***.invalid.*** string as requested by the setup process and successfully validated the domain.  Priority is 100 and there are no other MX records set.  However, although I can send email from the Office365 webmail client I can not receive any emails.  Looking around at some other postings others have had this problem.  Should Microsoft have provided additional MX  /  DNS details post domain validation?

During the setup process, setting the invalid string is only one step. After that, it will give you the final correct mx record to be used. Please check the admin page, it will say step 1 (or 2 or 3) out of 4 or something. So please continue the setup process.
