How to recover file from Recycle bin after have emptied all content?

I am actually using Windows 8 and have accidentally emptied my recycle bin where I urgently need to recover one file.
Please help me and tell me what I can do.

Have a look at this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-8/how-use-file-history
It tells you how to recover some files backed up by Win 8.
Otherwise a restore program like: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/gr/recuva-review.htm
