Dynamics CRM 2011 Error via Web Browser

Our CRM server is up running without issues (so far)
able to import leads and even setup a quick campaign
problem is that the program works when I have users login to CRM server directly and run the browser based app with out error or issue
But when I am off the server using browser to connect we get errors every time we try to input data we get the following error

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

Can you provide some more background?  Which browser (and version) are used when connecting to the server from another computer?

Did you try adding the CRM URL to the Trusted Sites or Local Intranet in Internet Explorer or equivalent if using another browser?

A screen shot of the error might be helpful too.

ASKER

thank you feridun
I am on my out the door but will get screen shot etc when able
I think it maybe ports on firewall and ability to run the full blown CRM from external locations to the server
finding that I am going to the CRM "mobile" version of the website and that is where we get the errors
All help is greatly appreciated

Ah, if you are being directed to the mobile version, that suggests an unsupported browser is being used.

Which Update Rollup do you have installed?

I too am out of the office now.
feridun
we are using internet explorer version 11
the CRM server url and server ip address are added to trusted sites
this browser if off server
we get errors after login to main and then click on a lead giving us the url below

error screenshot is in attached .pdf file
