just tested below sql getting error

SQL0440N  No authorized routine named "HTTPGETCLOB" of type "FUNCTION" having
compatible arguments was found.  SQLSTATE=42884

i am on:

Database server        = DB2/AIX64 9.5.9

Looks like you either didn't create the function HTTPGETCLOB, or if you did, you don't have rights to it.  HTTPGETCLOB isn't part of DB2 - it is a user-defined function that you have to create.
