we have fax emai (faxcore) system - it stop working for users who where migrated to office 365 other users continue to work who are on prem

any ideas what i am missing?.

It sounds like Faxcore is sending everything to your old server. Even the users that are now located on Office 365. It may be delivering to old mailboxes still on the old mail server not realizing the mailboxes have been moved.

So, some questions.

What version of Exchange do you have?

Are you planning on moving everyone to Office 365?

If so, what migration plan are you following?
