Have you tried launching outlook in safe mode and see if it still crashes?

Any error event logged in application/system log?

Hi,

As per the information and details provided by you, to solve this problem firstly you should start the Outlook in Safe Mode so that it does not load any add-in potentially crashing the application. In safe mode you can disable add-ins one by one.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.
Thanks and regards
