Hello everyone,

I moved my website hosting to GoDaddy and everything seems to be working except I am unable to bring up the site on my Phone (tested using iphone 4S, iphone 5 and Blackberry Bold native browser and Opera).

I get the following error: Error There are too many redirections for this web address.  I get the option to try again but obviously it does not work.

I looked online and the error might be caused by a cookie issue, I deleted all my cookies and it made no difference.

GoDaddy Technical support are totally lost.

I thought it might of been a DNS issue, since GoDaddy automatically puts in a site for mobile.domain.com so I switched it to go to the '@' But it made no difference.

Any good suggestions out there?

Thank you!

So what happens when you access your site from a mobile, you must have some kind of redirection to a mobile site?

The redirection error comes up when I bring up the site from a mobile device.  The site works fine when bringing it up with a laptop or PC.

There is a mobile aspect to our site, but I'm not sure how it works. I have to put a call in to my developer on Tuesday to see how it gets managed.

The site must distinguish between a mobile and non mobile browser automatically, but not sure if it's hard coded into the website or if Godaddy does something.

Well it sounds like whatever 'flag' is being set when visited from a mobile device is not getting set hence you end up in a loop.
There's nothing we can help with without seeing the applicable code.
