what are soem recommended pdf convertors that can convert to word and excel, keeping the format as accurate as possible?
some convertors can convert normal pdf quite good, when it comes to scanned pdf, it doesn't work. Is there a software that can do both functions, able to convert the pdf, regardless whether if it is a scanned copy or not?

To convert a scanned copy you should have OCR supported software.

MS Word 2013 can open PDF documents, and save them as a word document.
Not too sure if Excel has this feature as well

At our place we use Adobe Writer/Pro which is one of the Best converters out in the industry right now. I believe you can run it in a 30 day free trial to see if it meets your needs.

You can get a trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro/Writer here: https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/free-trial-download.html?trackingid=KLBBQ

We use this daily in our work environment and we have tried every other tool but this just works flawlessly and we have looked to any other tool since using this. We have about 43 licenses for this in our environment and that's since July so that just shows how powerful/reliable the tool is :)

Plus the support team at Adobe are great if you have any questions/concerns.
