IS there any easy way to find them?
I know how to get VMs via powercli.
I AM ONLY INTERESTED ON physical servers.

If you are using VMware ESXi, you should be able to see the space with vCenter. If your host is Hyper-V, and you are using a GUI version of Hyper-V, open Diskmanagement on the host, and you'll see what you have and what is used there.
