Hello Experts Exchange
I have developed a SSIS in Visual Studio it has 12 packages, all pointing to the same Excel spread sheet as the source and all pointing to the same table as the destination.

What are the steps I need to complete to get my development to run at 11pm so that all packages run at the same time?

Regards

In theory you could create a master package that runs all 12 packages concurrently, however using a single Excel file as a source is likely going to cause file lock issues.  Therefore if this is essential the first step of your "master" package should read the Excel file into a DB table, and your 12 packages should use this as the source rather than the Excel file.

If you just want to know how to deply/schedule then the simple way to deploy is to create a new job in SQL Server Agent and configure it as a SQL Server Integration Services Package. For the Package source select File system and configure where the file should be stored. Copying the .dtsx file to that location.
