Upgrade to 2012 from 2003 installed new PDC server but network still syncs to old PDC

We recently installed a 2012 server and dcpromo'd it to become the PDC all FSMO roles are on the new server but everything still seems to sync time to the old PDC server and not the new. How do I fix this issue?

Used this on the old PDC and it seems to have fixed it
