I think Dual Monitor support would depend on what type of thin client you have.  What's the model?

You'd also have to know the admin password for the Thin Client to be able change the connection settings, if Dual Monitors are even supported on that model. Do you have the admin password?

It's possible that you could reset the thing to factory defaults so you can reset the admin password, but make note of the connection settings before you do that (RDP or Citrix, IP or server name, etc.) since those settings will be wiped out. Some Thin client models have a way of backing up the connection settings, but I think you'd have to know the admin password to access that feature.
