Mac Tech Support

Not sure if this is the proper forum, but I am starting a business that will require the need for a lot of Macbook tech support. I am having a hard time finding a cost effective solution for this issue. Does anyone know of a small to medium size company that can provide support at an hourly rate? Any help or direction is appreciated.

Do you mean tech support for your own company or tech support for clients of your company? Is this for a local, regional, national or international business? Where is it located? Exactly what kind of tech support do you need? What sort of business are you in? How big are you?

You are probably not getting answers because your question is so broad as to be meaningless.

This is for clients of our company. Numbers will be in the thousands. We are located in the US and will need to provide Mac support to end users for common software or OS related issues. It was intentional to start vague, but I concede that may have proved detrimental.

We will be providing MacBooks via rental agreements. We will offer tech support, this is where the small to medium tech support company that provides pro-rated hourly support comes in.

Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to that and I am probably the only one still following this thread. I suggest you either start a new thread and post the exact question you want answered, or ask an Admin if this question can be re-circulated so that people will view it afresh.

In short, I think the question you want answered is:

"I am starting a business that will be providing thousands of MacBooks  across the U. S. via rental agreements. We need to offer tech support. We need a cost effective solution for this issue. I presume we will have to outsource this. Does anyone know of a small to medium size company that can provide Mac telephone tech support at an hourly rate? Any help or direction is appreciated."
