I think this might be a problem with inetpub folder. Change permissions on inetpub to &quot;modify&quot; because if there is only read access for IIS_IUSER it could generate the error that You are experiencing. Also it would be wise to check if there is any new (also better look for failed) updates for win server installed.<br />
