I have increased our maximum send size in EMC under Organization - Hub Transport - Global Settings - Transport Properties however when I try to send anything above 10MB I still get an undeliverable response back from our mail server with a #550 5.3.4 ROUTING.SizeLimit; message size exceeds fixed maximum size for route # #.  I am testing sending a 15MB file to my gmail account which I believe accepts emails up to 25MB

Have you increased the maximum message size on the Send Connector itself (Organization Configuration > Hub Transport > Send Connectors) and are you using a smarthost of any kind?
