dns issue, some of domain name can't be resolved

site with dns server and dns forwarder setting, however, find some of domain name can't be resolved. for example

nslookup www,google.com.hk can be resolved but nslookup www.google.com can't be resloved, show non-existent domain. How to fix this problem?

Are you trying to do this from China or Hong Kong?  "www.google.com" and some other sites are blocked at times and unavailable in those locations.
