Someone sent me a sharepoint GRV file.  What does this do?  What do I do with it?

I just received an attachement from a colleague with a GRV attachment.
What does this do?
How do I use it.
I think it's supposed to lead me to a sharepoint site with video files.

It is a microsoft Groove file also known as SharePoint workspace. If you have this app then you can open it
