Outlook 2013 HTML email only in the center of email pane

We have a Windows 8.1 Lenovo running Outlook 2013.  Text emails received look fine, but HTML emails - probably with tables - are squished into the center of the email (see attached).  I use Outlook 2013 on a Windows 7 machine and the HTML emails look fine.

Any ideas on fixing this is greatly appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I discovered that the problem is in how the emails are formatted.  A wrapper table is needed with the style command setting the width...

<table align="center" style="width:600px;">

Then each sub-table needs to have the width set at 100%...

<td width="100%">

This happens with Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.  (I didn't test Outlook 2010 on Windows 8)
