Outlook for Mac 2011 not displaying email

We have a single Mac on our entire domain.  It is connected to our Exchange 2010 server with Outlook for Mac 2011.  Something suddenly changed and now the body of any internal email she receives is empty.  Emails received from the outside world continue to preview correctly.  I've tried rebuilding the database and creating a new identity.  Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
