remote printers with terminal server 2008

we have remote users that use terminal services all day long (basically never use their local workstation). The local office has a 2008 windows server for files, a 2008 server for the terminal server. the remote location has a Ricoh and an HP that they want to print to from the terminal server session. How do we configure the terminal server for 2 remote printers? we don't want to use redirection - we want the printers to be visible on the terminal server, and accessible to all the users remoting in with RDP.

They are now. There is a VPN, and the TS side could not see the remote side. A reboot at the remote site fixed that. YOUr VPN comment is what made us look and find this issue. Installing the printers now. All good. Thank you.
