Changed the domain for exchange 2007 and need to know what else needs changed?

We changed our domain name for exchange 2007 and all is working good but I need to know if I need to change the settings in OWA and active sync etc, under the server config for the client access?

That depends if you issued a new SSL certificate or not.
There is no connection between the domain name on the email address and the domain name used for the URLs, they can be completely different.
The only time it becomes an issue is for external Autodiscover which by default will want to use Autodiscover.example.com - where example.com is the domain after the @ sign.

If you are going to change the SSL certificate, then I suggest that you get a SAN type certificate and include both the old and the new names. That will ensure that anyone using the old host names continues to work correctly - or gets redirected without errors.
